Wearing Our PPE and Disinfection

When it comes to preventing the spread of disease, rest assured that we have always been strict on universal precaution including the use of masks, shields, gloves, sterile instruments, and devices as well as clean and disinfect environmental surfaces such as door handles, chairs, desks and bathrooms. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office.

Social Distancing

Appointments will be arranged in 30-min break interval. Chairs in lobby are placed in safety distance. Video discs and Magazines are removed. Sneeze guards are in place.

Reducing Airborne Microorganisms and Allergens

A medical grade air purifier with HEPA filter and UV (without emitting ozone) is installed to remove and destroy viruses, mold, dust, pollen, and dander as small as 0.3 microns.

Fill out the COVID-19 questionnaire (in encrypted PDF format) below and email it to emaildental@yahoo.com prior to your appointment. Please call our office at 408-253-5000 for the password to access this encrypted file.
